Personal yoga sessions

(Also known as 1-to-1 classes)

I offer the following options for personal yoga classes, but if you have a request that doesn’t match anything below do get in touch to discuss it. Sessions are 1 hour long and in almost all circumstances will take place in a dedicated room in my house. I provide the mat and any other props that are required. For more about the benefits of a 1-to-1 class and who might be interested read my blog post about personal yoga classes. The classes I offer are:

  • One off class/es booked ad hoc
  • New to yoga 4 week introduction
  • Back care basics 4 week course
  • Therapeutic yoga 4 week course
  • Friends & family 4 week introduction (two people)
  • Challenger advanced 4 week course
  • Pregnancy yoga 4 week course
  • Post natal yoga 4 week course

Scroll down for a bit more info about each one.

What can you expect from a personal yoga class with me?

We will have a chat in advance so I know what you are looking for from the session. Generally the yoga class will start off with some breathing practices, progress through a range of movements, and finish with more beneficial breathing practices and relaxation. Depending on the focus on the class and your requirements I can also provide a handout for things you can practice on your own. If you have booked a block of lessons each class will build on the previous one so you can progress. You wear comfy clothes during the session and by the end of the class will hopefully feel physically better, more relaxed and calm of mind.

Cost: one-off class £25/hr; 4 week course £80 (total).
