Sunday – YogaPlay. This is acro-yoga, air-borne balances with yoga, currently 2-3.30pm for Acro Foundations (basics, structures, techniques etc), followed by Jammin’ 3.30-5pm for slightly more advanced and putting it together. At Quaker’s Hall, Penparcau. Check out the Aber Acro Yoga group on Facebook for contacts. Sometimes impromptu outside sessions as well, weather permitting.
